Mentis Clinic is a consultant and multidisciplinary co-led private clinic offering psychiatric and neurodiversity services for adults and older adults (65+ years) in the Beverley area of Hull, East Yorkshire.
Upon launching, Mentis Clinic will be led by experienced Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Faisal Shaikh. The team will later be made up of highly trained psychiatrists and psychology professionals with experience in assessing and treating ADHD and autism in adults. Services offered include full psychiatric and diagnostic assessments for ADHD and ASD (autism spectrum disorder), general psychiatric assessment and ADHD medication titration.
Mentis Clinic was founded with three defining values: valuing their patients, giving to their patients and enabling their patients. The clinic is a non-urgent service, meaning that services are provided on an elective basis, and will offer both face-to-face and remote consultations. Following all consultants, a detailed and structured psychiatric report is sent to the patient's GP (unless stated otherwise) and will also be shared with the patient.
