Dr. Mahmoud Ahmed Kiblawi

Dr. Mahmoud Ahmed Kiblawi, MD, MBBS, BSc, is an Internal Medicine Specialist at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC) in Abu Dhabi.Dr. Kiblawi has 9 years of experience since he started training in the field of general internal medicine. His areas of focus include prevention, diagnosis, and the management of acute and chronic complex multisystem diseases.Dr. Kiblawi has extensive experience in bedside interventions such as, but not limited to, paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar puncture, arthrocentesis and venous/arterial blood sampling.Besides his medical practice, he is also involved in teaching and education and is a faculty member for interns and residents in the Internal Medicine Program at SSMC and Gulf Medical University. Dr. Kiblawi has published several articles and is continuously involved in new research work. Moreover, his focus remains on quality improvement in healthcare and he is enrolled in several SSMC sub-committees. Currently, he serves as the medical director of a medical unit.
